Análise da produção científica sobre governança corporativa em empresas familiares

A governança corporativa se refere ao estudo de estruturas e processos que afetam o poder e a influência durante a tomada de decisão corporativa. Estima-se que entre 70 e 80% de todas as empresas em todo o mundo, são gerenciadas ou controladas por famílias. O processo geral de pesquisa é referente sobre o processo de Governança Corporativa em empresas familiares. As bibliografias pesquisadas apontam para o fortalecimento da governança corporativa para garantir a confiança dos investidores no mercado de ações, a regulamentação legal e os incentivos contratuais. A metodologia adotada tem como característica o uso e aproveitamento de uma análise bibliométrica dos artigos em bases de dados. Dentre os resultados, constatou-se um volume substancial de pesquisa científica nas delimitações do tema. Como contribuições os autores apontam que muito embora seja um tema amplamente debatido, ainda assim muitas vezes é um paradigma para as organizações, tornando o processo de passada de bastão um tanto quanto traumático, tanto para os envolvidos, quanto para as organizações que perdem em margens, sendo muitas vezes até descontinuadas.
